STEP 1: NUTRITION AND ACTIVITY PROFILE

Metabolism differs from person to person.  We ask simple questions to give you a detailed metabolism map. It’s easy to follow and removes all the guess work. Includes:

  • Nutrition and Activity goals, personal to your metabolism.

  • 3 Week video program with step by step guide to implementing a healthier lifestyle.

  • Tools to improve mindset and motivation

  • 2 months access to the Club421 Clubhouse (support community)

  • Free recipe pack

 

STEP 2: CLUBHOUSE SUBSCRIPTION

A monthly subscription to The Clubhouse (optional). The clubhouse is a private support community led by Anna, a qualified Coach and Nutritionist, providing accountability and prompts to help you improve your journey to better health. Clubhouse includes:

  • Peer  support focused on self kindness

  • Daily motivation posts

  • Live Q&A sessions

  • Library of self transformation videos

  • Regular motivational messages from a Qualified Health Coach

  • Meditation exercises

What is Club 421?

Club 421 is a community of people committed to making a change to their lifestyle. This means that it’s not always about food and movement. We tackle most everything associated with self-care and wellness.  We provide “Nutrition and Activity Profiles” which provides a calorie cycling regime of 4 days normal eating (a usual days calorie intake) 2 days lean (reduced calorie days) and 1 day of indulgence (a chance for you to enjoy your food and drink without as much restriction).  Although anyone can subscribe weekly without a “NAP” we recommend this to achieve the best results in terms of weight loss.

What is your meal plan like?

Club 421 doesn’t have set meal plans. We provide a Nutrition and Activity Profile (NAP) detailing optimal goals for you. By following these goals you will learn portion control of the foods you love, foods that may be missing from your regular diet and how to eat intuitively while enjoying social occasions without negatively affecting your weight or health.

What makes club 421 different?

If it were as simple as eating less and moving more, no one would have a problem. You know how to diet. Club 421 provides a solution for life and tackles all the triggers that may be contributing to your weight gain. When you register we ask questions that take a lot more information into consideration so that we can produce a tailored nutrition and activity plan that isn’t one size fits all.  Club 421 is not just another a diet, it’s a lifestyle.

How much can I lose/how quickly will I lose?

That is entirely up to you and how willing you are to commit to change. The intended loss is 1-2lbs per week, some people achieve more or less than this. You are in control of your journey. Club 421 isn’t designed to be a fast loss plan and because of this the weight you lose will STAY OFF FOR LIFE!

What kind of workouts do you offer?

Club 421 doesn’t prescribe workouts. It’s for this reason that we have partnered with some Fitness Professionals. Club 421 will give you an activity profile with recommended activity (walking) for your current circumstances and depending on your answers at registration we will tell you how much exercise you should work towards. We recommend you find a fitness professional to ask for advice on the best exercises and workouts for you. This means you can keep going to the gym or your favourite local classes until you reach your goal weight…. And beyond!
