We will challenge everything you thought you knew about how to lose weight.   Club 421 isn’t another diet plan, it’s much more. It’s a lifestyle change that will maximise your potential to achieve in every aspect of your life; not just your weight loss goals. After completing the 3 weeks Startup Package, you will continue to be supported through the Club 421 community for a further 9 weeks. 100% of our members said they felt equipped enough to continue to make lifestyle choices that aid weight management after 12 weeks. There is the option to continue to subscribe to the supportive community page on a monthly basis by signing up for our member renewal option on the website.
